PMA provided cost and schedule control services for a metaxylene plant in Texas that were successful in all key metrics for cost, schedule, quality, and service. PMA provided schedule review and risk analysis services for a northeast solar plant that identified inconsistencies between the design-build contractor and the engineering subconsultant. Inconsistencies were immediately rectified and essential project work priorities were established to keep the project on time.
