PMA provided project management services for a mixed-use residential high-rise with a 7-story luxury hotel, 7 floors of apartments, and 18 floors of custom condominiums. PMA provided a VE analysis for a Florida convention cen- ter that resulted in more than $10 million in capital savings.

PMA's mixed-use project experience has brought together diverse uses such as retail, entertainment, office, and housing. Because of our knowledge of corporate and manufacturing facilities and hospitality and recreation sectors, we are ideally suited to undertake mixed-use-type projects.
