PMA has served as the “neutral evaluator” for an AZ county Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program. Two disputes went beyond the “neutral evaluator” phase, one to arbitration and one to State Court. In each case the opinion of PMA’s evaluator was upheld.

PMA has a history of service to institutions in town, city, state and federal governments. We understand the issues of budget and time constraints as well as the importance of a project's success in the eyes of the public. The frequency of our public sector involvement keeps us abreast of the policies, procedures, and goals of each government entity.
