Training Cancellation Policy

PMA Consultants LLC reserves the right to cancel and or amend the scheduled dates, locations, and accommodations of any scheduled training course offerings. PMA will make every effort to notify course registrants within a reasonable period of time. However, PMA Consultants LLC is not responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in connection with any changes or cancellations. In the event PMA Consultants LLC has to cancel a specific course offering, a full refund of course registration fees will be made or a reservation in future offering provided (choice being that of the registrant). Registrants will be notified by telephone, e-mail, or fax of any cancellations. Paid registrants will be given the option of being issued a refund after the cancellation or reserving a seat for the next available course date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Substitutions for registrants with someone else within your organization is permitted.
Registrants who wish to cancel their reservation in writing must do so at least 2 weeks prior to the course date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the course date will receive a 50% refund. Please fax notice of cancellation to fax number 734.827.0230.
Registrants who fail to attend are subject to the full course fee.
