PMA was founded in 1971 by Dr. Gui Ponce de Leon, PE, CEO and Managing Principal. His vision was to create a way of thinking that would promote a sustainable enterprise. As a result, PMA has embraced a vision to provide value to our clients, build lasting relationships, pursue innovation and exercise a social conscience.

Today, as a recognized leader and innovator in the construction industry, PMA focuses on critical issues that transform how projects are delivered to attain high-performing, sustainable projects and facilities without paying a cost premium.
